Customer Service Representative

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
  • Update and process customer transactions using a unified application
    1. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
    2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    3. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
    4. Prepares reports weekly/monthly by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential improvements to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or Vocational degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good listening, phone skills
  • Great at multi-tasking
