Customer Service Representative
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about products and services.
- Update and process customer transactions using a unified application
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Prepares reports weekly/monthly by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential improvements to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Vocational degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- Good problem solving skills
- Good listening, phone skills
- Great at multi-tasking
